Ilene Shumaker has been a God sent! We are new caregivers and were stressed about continuing to travel once in awhile and leaving my mother-in-law with a new person, and all the emotions that come with leaving a loved one with a new person. Ilene and her staff have made this part of being a care giver so much easier. Her immediate response to any request has been amazing! July 27, 2021ILene Shumaker was referred to me by an independent living apartment complex. Coral who was a coordinator of the building. Told me about ILene when my mother started to need some extra help. The first thing Coral had said to me was you can trust her and that?s when I said OK let?s go ahead I called her. ILene turned out to be the most kindest person she went way beyond and aboveI my expectations. Always kind always positive. I can remember one time when I was talking to my mother(on the phone because I lived in New York and my mother was living in Florida )said wait my friend is here and it was ILene, was a very good friend , confidant to my mother. I trusted her with my mother. Not at one time did I ever have to feel something was wrong I had complete confidence in her with everything that she needed to do for my mother. I can?t express enough to you how trustworthy this woman and I highly recommend her.

June 2, 2021Trinity Home Service has been a real blessing to me and my mom who suffers from Alzheimer's disease. Her greatest wish is to remain in her home and the caregivers from Trinity have made that possible. I live out of state, so the care the give my mom is invaluable since I can't be there. Trinity Home Service has also been there for me during difficult times and to help with difficult decisions. I rest assured knowing my mom is in their care.
